Snowboards: Compatriot

I know this is a more of a skate site, but skating is my life, and snowboarding is way to surf in the winter, too. I wanted to leave word about the new COMPATRIOT snowboards. This company has some DEEP roots in this area, and they are very skate-styled. Well, so anyway, I know that guys that started the company, and they are super rad, so I figured I would fork out some dough on one of their prototype snowboards last season. Lets just say they put the fun back in snowboarding. They ride like a dream, are lightweight, have p-tex sidewalls, and totally awesome graphics. Well, if any of you shred the rad, buy one of the compatriots. I am riding the Solid State 58, and I may buy the Guide 162. You'll be glad you did! Peace
